Ken and Marilynn are Seattle-based licensed Real Estate brokers in the State of Washington. We work as a team to bring the highest quality of service to our clients. As brokers with Windermere Real Estate/NW Inc in Ballard, we have aligned ourselves with outstanding professionals in an office that consistently is a leader in residential and condominium sales within their area.

Our mission is to assist both homeowners selling their homes, as well as homebuyers purchasing a new home, by providing professional and personal assistance, ensuring that our client's best interests are always of the utmost importance and the basis for all our activities. We strive to live up to the ethical codes set forth by the National Association of Realtors, the State of Washington and the Ballard Windermere office. We wish to establish successful long-term relationships with our clients, other real estate professionals, title companies and escrow companies that respect the interests and goals of each party.

Ken is in his 18th year as a real estate broker. He brings to the team 28+ years of experience in construction, home remodeling, counseling and negotiating skills.  

Marilynn is in her 14th year as a real estate broker. She brings to the team experience in the mortgage industry, project management, computer industry and personal coaching.
